Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location and the required handling.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Wigme ships to all 50 states within the US. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide international shipping options in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
